Only 16 point 7 lightyears away, from the fourth planet of the Altair star system, this alien hivemind invaded our privacy with a huge array of sensors that could see, smell, feel, taste, hear, read your mind and foresee your future. It triggered the creation of the Internet in 1983, hosting a vast labyrinth of digital networks in the dark regions of cyberspace.
As people immersed themselves in their daily pursuits, their eyes glued to their little screens, they were classified and studied, rated and analyzed with a microscopic level of detail.
